Cheryldene deals with the more difficult aspects of Notarial and conveyancing matters, and has performed duties for multiple successful Sectional Tile matters, and Developments.
She has 34 years of experience in the conveyancing field, and deals with all aspects of Notarial Work.
As she has a thorough knowledge, all deeds are thoroughly checked and drafted before lodgement, as well as agency matters which are checked before being lodged in the Deeds Office.
Her experience and work ethic make her an integral part of the conveyancing practice.
